Then there are cluster headaches, and these cause excruciating pain. The symptoms include severe and stabbing pains that center around one eye usually, and eye tearing and nasal congestion often occur on the same side. Such type of headache will usually not last more than 15 minutes at a time, but it is considered as being the worst type of headache of all. As for appropriate headache treatment, first of all, you have to identify exactly what type of headache you are suffering from. In most cases, you cannot do without a trained and qualified professional who will be able to help you with the diagnosis and cure. You may have to try different treatments, since one particular method may suit you better than the others. So, it becomes obvious why you need to recognize headache symptoms and get yourself checked up by a doctor, in order to choose an effective method of treatment. its seems its just women that seem to suffer from headcahes stress i am male had one big headaches for the last 2 years now tryed everything had no luck
