Severe Headache Can Turn to Be a MigraineSevere headaches are quite common and can affect both men and women. If your severe headaches are due to migraines, it is not advisable to self-medicate yourself with over-the-counter painkillers. It could even be so, that severe headache you are experiencing are actually something more serious, which needs urgent medical attention. Hence, it is better to prepare a chart, say, over a period of a month or two and then consult your doctor with the recorded material. Many factors can cause a severe headache, but in most cases it is not a matter to worry about. However, there is always a possibility of an underlying serious problem.
